# Superform 发售指南

#### **核心要点**

1. 基于 Legion 基础设施的 Cookie Launchpad 上将进行**两场独立**的 Superform 发售：

* ​**优先发售​：面向顶级 Snappers 和 $COOKIE 质押者**，以 完全稀释估值（FDV）降低 10% 的优惠条件进行。\
  仅限符合资格的用户在 Legion 托管的 Cookie Launchpad 上参与。
* ​**公开发售​**：以常规 FDV 进行。

2. 时间安排\
   优先发售开放 ​72 小时​。\
   每周日计算折扣池的最终分配结果，未使用的资金将全额或部分退还。
3. 若您在优先发售中超额认购，退还的资金可用于参与公开发售。

**示例说明**\
假设您拥有 1,000 美元 的保证额度（FDV 为 8,000 万美元）。\
您在优先轮次申请 10,000 美元 额度，并向折扣销售合约存入 ​10,000 美元​。\
若该轮超额认购，最终仅批准 ​5,000 美元​：

* 5,000 美元 用于折扣销售的分配
* 剩余 5,000 美元 将在周日解锁退还\
  此时您可将退还的 5,000 美元 用于参与公开发售，获得更高投资概率。

####  **$COOKIE 质押者参与步骤**

符合资格的 $COOKIE 质押者需按以下流程连接质押钱包以访问优先发售：

3. 进入“钱包”标签页 → “外部钱包”
4. 连接您用于质押 $COOKIE 的钱包
5. 几分钟后，您将在“销售”标签页看到面向质押者的优先发售入口
