### Snaps Rewards – Discrepancy Reporting Rules

To ensure fair and transparent reward distribution, all participants are required to review their allocated Snaps rewards promptly after announcement.

**Reporting window**

* Participants have **7 days** from the moment rewards are distributed to report any discrepancies or issues.

**What qualifies as a discrepancy**

* Incorrect reward allocation
* Missing rewards despite meeting eligibility criteria
* Misattributed wallet or activity

**How to report**

* Submit a report via the official support channel (Discord ticket / designated form – depending on campaign setup)
* Include all relevant details – wallet address, campaign name, and a clear description of the issue

**Important**

* Reports submitted **after the 7-day window will not be reviewed**
* Unclaimed or disputed rewards beyond this period are considered **final and non-adjustable**

This policy is in place to maintain operational efficiency and ensure timely closure of all campaign distributions.
