# Capital Boosts

**Capital boosts** turn your mindshare into **capital mindshare** by linking your posts to your onchain activity.

* Each boost represents a capital action (investing, staking, or referring capital).
* Boosts stack up.
* You can check the status of your boosts on each campaign’s page on cookie.fun.

! The exact values which grant you boosts in specific campaigns are hidden to minimize farming and prioritize rewarding authentic alignment.

| **Capital Boost**   | Commit capital by engaging with the project directly onchain.                                                                                   | Each project chooses the onchain activity that boosts your capital mindshare: can be trading, depositing, etc. The more capital you deploy the higher the boost. |
| **Investing Boost** | Invest in the project on Legion in any of the rounds, including the public one.                                                                 | The higher the investment, the bigger the boost. In most campaigns, top Snappers and cSnappers are eligible for preferrential investment terms.                  |
| **Referral Boost**  | Refer others to commit capital via your link → you can refer directly to the project OR use your [cookie.fun](http://cookie.fun) referral link. | Earn boosts based on the total value of capital commitments made by your referees. These include: capital boosts and investing boosts.                           |

#### How to refer to Snaps

You can refer users in three ways – all count toward your referral multipliers and capital boosts.

1. **Via Legion**\
   Share your **Legion referral link**.\
   When someone invests through your link in a campaign project, you earn a **referral boost** on your mindshare.\
   This applies to all Capital Mindshare campaigns using Legion/Nozomi for their investment rounds.
2. **Directly to the Project**\
   Some projects allow referrals straight to their own onchain actions – for example, depositing into a vault, trading on a DEX, or staking in their protocol.\
   When your referees complete these actions through your **project-specific referral link**, their capital will count toward your boost.
3. **Through cookie.fun**\
   Invite users to [cookie.fun](https://cookie.fun) using your personal Cookie referral link.\
   Your Cookie link acts as a **global aggregator** — it automatically tracks all your referrals and referral-based boosts across every current and future **ACM campaign**.

   **Important:** Your referees must connect the **same X account or wallet** they used to invest, trade, or interact onchain with the project to [cookie.fun](https://cookie.fun).\
   Otherwise, the referral boost won’t apply.

#### **How are the capital boosts applied**

1. Your wallet(s) needs to be connected on Cookie Snaps to award you boosts.\

2. **You earn capital mindshare from all posts made when your wallet was connected and capital deployed.** Same goes for your referees: you will earn referral boosts only when they have their wallets connected in Cookie Snaps. Your **final boost is the sum** of all boosts from your actions.
3. Boosts data is being refreshed every hour.\* During this time we check:
   * How much capital you’ve contributed or referred
   * How and what you posted on X
   * *The 48-hour window: When we calculate which boost to use for your mindshare we look at a 48-hour window; from 24 hours before you posted to 24 hours after you posted. We use the BEST boost you had during that whole time period.*

*Boosts only **apply to posts made while your wallet is connected and actively meets eligibility.***

* *If you add more capital, your boost increases from that moment onward.*
* *If you withdraw capital, your boost decreases from that moment onward.*
