# Airdrops for $COOKIE stakers

**In most Cookie Snaps campaigns, 10-20% of the reward pool is reserved for** [**$COOKIE**](https://x.com/search?q=%24COOKIE\&src=cashtag_click) **stakers.**

To access these airdrops, $COOKIE stakers must participate in Multi-Airdrop Farming (MAF) by locking $COOKIE in farming pools.

* The allocation of how much [$COOKIE](https://x.com/search?q=%24COOKIE\&src=cashtag_click) you can lock in MAF, depends on your **Cookie Points**, earned based on how much and how long you stake. \
[*To read about how the points are calculated, click here.*](/cookie-dao/usdcookie-token/staking-usdcookie-1.md#staking-pools)
* The amount of $COOKIE locked in the farming pool determines the size of your staker airdrop.

**TL;DR on how to get airdrops**

1. **Stake** [**$COOKIE**](https://x.com/search?q=%24COOKIE\&src=cashtag_click)
2. **Complete simple social / onchain tasks required by the Campaign partner.**
3. **Lock additional** [**$COOKIE**](https://x.com/search?q=%24COOKIE\&src=cashtag_click) into the MAF pool.
4. Receive airdrops **proportional to the amount locked**.
5. Claim back your farmed $COOKIE after the lock-up period\*.

Repeat.

! Stakers can join gated Cookie DAO channels in our Discord to ensure they don’t miss any Multi-Airdrop Farming updates. We recommend turning on notifications for the channel #Farming-Alerts. → [Cookie DAO gated community](/cookie-dao/cookie-dao/welcome-to-cookie-dao/cookie-dao-gated-community.md)

Multi-Airdop Farming is [hosted here.](https://www.cookie.community/multi-airdrop)

*\*$COOKIE lock-up period may vary depending on the project and is usually between 1-3 months.*
