# ACM cSNAPS Multipliers

**1. What are cSNAPS Multipliers?**

Multipliers increase the number of **cSnaps** (capital Snaps) you earn per post.

There are two types of multipliers:

1. Capital Multipliers. You get them by:

   1. Staking $COOKIE (Diamond or Platinum)
   2. Investing in project's sale on Legion
   3. Deploying capital directly with the project

   The more capital you deploy, the higher your multiplier, and the more cSnaps you get.
2. Referral multipliers. You get them by:

   1. Referring capital to Legion's sale
   2. Referring capital to project directly

   Here, you don't need to deploy your own capital – if you can influence others. Read about referral multipliers [here](https://docs.cookie.community/cookie-dao/~/revisions/AYehEhDDvbtopICxFX6Z/cookie.fun/attention-capital-markets/how-to-start-earning-csnaps/acm-referral-multipliers).

\
**2. How to Get a Multiplier?**

Once you’re eligible for cSnaps, you get a multiplier.\
Each action (invest, deploy capital, stake, refer) has its own multiplier range. Your **final multiplier is the sum** of all multipliers from your actions.

**Example:**

*If by investing you got a 2× multiplier, and staking got you 3× multiplier, your total multiplier is 5×.*\
*Multipliers only **apply to posts made while your wallet is connected and actively meets eligibility.***

* *If you add more capital, your multiplier increases from that moment onward.*
* *If you withdraw capital, your multiplier decreases from that moment onward.*

**Check out Almanak multipliers** [**here**](https://www.cookie.fun/tokens/almanak?tab=my-dashboard)**.**

\
**3. How are Multipliers applied**

1. Your wallet(s) needs to be connected to [cookie.fun](http://cookie.fun) to award you multipliers.
2. You get multipliers for all SNAPS earned on posts made when your wallet was connected and capital deployed.
3. Multiplier data is being refreshed every hour.\* During this time we check:

   * How much capital you’ve contributed or referred
   * How and what you posted on X

   \* *The 48-hour window: When we calculate which multiplier to use for your SNAPS we look at a 48-hour window; from 24 hours before you posted to 24 hours after you posted. We use the BEST multiplier you had during that whole time period.*

\
**TL;DR**

* Multipliers = more cSnaps = higher leaderboard position
* The more capital you deploy or refer = higher multiplier
* 80% of the Snapper reward pool goes to cSnappers
* Eligibility and multiplier changes apply **from the moment you change your capital commitment** – not retroactively

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.cookie.community/cookie-dao/~/revisions/koEtYdnjHbS4GHB9zzOV/cookie.fun/attention-capital-markets/how-to-start-earning-csnaps/acm-csnaps-multipliers.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
