Step 1: Identity Verification

KuCoin requires identity verification (KYC) to use its services. Get verified quickly!

• After completing the registration process, this window will appear. Click “Verify Now.”

• If this window hasn’t appeared, then open the main page and click the “Сomplete Verification” button:

Step 2: Click on “Verify”

Step 3: Scan the QR code

Do you have the KuCoin app already?

• Yes: Scan the QR code on the right to begin verification.

• No: Scan the QR code on the left to download the KuCoin app.

Step 4: Download KuCoin

Click the download button, then install the KuCoin app on your phone.

Step 5: Log In

After you download the KuCoin app on your phone, open it, click on the “Log in” button, and enter your credentials.

Step 6: Verification

Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email.

Step 7: Verify Account

Step 8: Click on “Get Verified”

Step 9: Start Verification

Select the ID type and issuing country/region of the document you want to use for the verification.

Step 10: Provide Information

Provide your personal information and click “Next.”

Then, scan your document and complete selfie verification with your camera. If you are asked to scan the reverse side of your document, please do so.

Congratulations, you just have finished your KYC verification.
